In February 2024 I purchased this battery from Walmart. It arrived on time but when I charged it, it would not charge beyond 70%. I tried 3 different chargers, all with LiFePO4 charging profiles and got the same results from all. I notified BtrPower and Walmart of this problem and was almost immediately notified that they were sending me a new battery. The new battery charges as it should. I was impressed by the responsiveness of BtrPower and would not hesitate to recommend them.

After doing extensive research I found that the 12V Lithium Battery-50Ah Lithium Phosphate Iron LiFePO4 was the best deal for the features and the pocket. It has performed very well. It is sold on website by BtrPower USA Warehouse which shipped the 12V lifePO4 battery quickly and I received it in just a few days.
Unfortunately these batteries didnt work for what we needed them for but the return experience was the best! I was so impressed with their communication and professionalism! Highly recommend for a 10/10 experience.
