Came in just a couple days. Plenty of power fior the size.

It's definitely got some cranking amps. I'm sad I can't get another one, so expansion becomes harder. But as a stand alone off the grid battery it has some potential.

I ordered 4 200Ah batteries at $579.00 each. One of them arrived with a voltage of 0.24V. I sent a message to the company via Amazon email requesting a replacement. The company approved the return of the bad battery but did not provide a return shipping label. I left a message to Amazon stating that I felt I should not be held responsible for shipping charges to return a defective battery. Then I received a message from Eileen at the company saying I would not have to return the bad battery and a replacement battery was on the way.

At the 31st or 32nd day I realized that one of the other batteries registered 12.90V and would not take a charge. I thought "great the time has gone over the 30-day mark and I won't get any results". The battery would not run my 4000W inverter. I put it in parallel with a good battery and it still wouldn't run it. Then I connected one of the good batteries to the inverter and it worked fine. Thankfully, the company sent me a replacement battery after I explained the problem.

Unfortunately, that replacement battery registered 12.898V and would not take a charge. So, now I had 3 good batteries and 3 bad ones. Again, I notified the company of the problem and, again, they (Eileen) were quick to resolve it with a replacement.

Now, after 2 months I finally have the 4 good batteries I originally ordered. And 3 bad ones I have to figure out what to do with.

If you receive a battery like this 200Ah LifePo4 that I have been dealing with and the voltage is less then 13V, try to charge it right away. This battery will take a charge of 14+Volts. If it does not, I hope my information will help you to resolve the issue.

This company is one of the finest, most honest on the planet in my opinion.

The battery was everything I had hoped for, and the customer service was better than I imagined. They go the extra mile to assure the customer's needs are met. They were prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them.
