BtrPower 48V 15Ah Hailong Ebike Battery for Electric Bike Motor Lithium Battery 30A BMS

We purchased an ebike battery on 3/30/25. We sent emails to their tech support twice to request support, with no responses. We sent a request on 4/23 by email (per their online instructions) requesting instructions on how to return the product but they have not responded as of 4/26. Update: we received no contact from the company, so we shipped the battery back to their warehouse on 4/27. We were contacted on 4/26 by their customer support who said they would send a free return shipping label. We told them since they had not contacted us, we shipped it already and they then asked for the shipping tracker info which we provided on 4/28. Today is 5/27, and they have not contacted us since regarding a return credit for both the battery and the shipping. We are contacted the credit card company as well the Better Business Bureau to find options.
