Good customer service despite faulty charger

I got this 72V battery to upgrade my scooter and now it lasts longer than I want to ride. The one negative thing I will say is that the charger that came with the battery was faulty I contacted the seller, they were aware of the issue already, and offered to cover the cost of a replacement, and were very helpful in finding an exact replacement. Despite that I’m happy with the battery.

I’m using it in combination with a 3000 W motor and it feels like a street bike now. I have put close close to 50 miles on the battery already on mixed terrain including some pretty rough trails. The battery has been bounced and jolted quite a bit with only a small layer of foam underneath it for support and has handled it well. I’ve been using it for over a month now and will post more updates if anything changes..
